Although having a local behavior analyst supervise your case is always preferred, sometimes either this is not a possibility in your area or you are seeking expertise in a particular topic that cannot be provided by local behavior analysts. In these situations, email correspondence, telephone correspondence, video conferencing and personal travel to your location can be possible options. The method of service delivery that is chosen is based on the needs of your particular case. Fees will vary depending on the service that is provided and the method of service delivery that is chosen. Reasonable hourly rates will apply for telephone and video conferencing. Emails are largely used for supplimenting ongoing cases, however there may be times when a case is run almost exclusively through email. Fees will be determined based on the needs of the case. If travel to your area is requested, all travel costs will be the responsibility of the client in addition to an hourly fee for clinical time.Case specific contracts will be developed for all remote cases.
